Payment Policy - To book your hunt, we require 50% prepayment of the total hunt price. Down payments will need to be made by Visa, Mastercard, personal check, cashier's check, or money order. The other 50% is due upon arrival, at the beginning of the hunt, in cash, money order or cashier check. We do not accept personal checks on final payment. **Prices are subject to change.**

If you fly into the Flagstaff, AZ airport, we will make arrangements to pick you up. Should you fly in to the Phoenix, AZ airport, you will need to obtain a rental or shuttle for the three hour drive to Flagstaff. You can preschedule a shuttle by contacting Open Road Tours.com, 928-226-8060.

The above prices include food, lodging and guide wages. But, these prices do not include guide tips, taxidermy or license fees. We can arrange to have your trophy mounted by a local taxidermist or shipped to a taxidermist of your choice.
